These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anchored website, plans, subscriptions, and app (together, "Anchored"), operated by LeadLock LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using Anchored you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Anchored.
Anchored is a spiritual-growth and devotional tool for building a daily Christian discipline of Scripture, prayer, and reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or mental-health care, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, licensed counselor, pastor, or professional treatment. The in-app "Companion" is an automated tool that answers common questions about faith, the Bible, and the app from a fixed set of responses and sends check-ins during the windows you tend to slip; it is not an open-ended AI, and it is not a pastor, counselor, or medical professional. You must be at least 16 years old to use Anchored. You are responsible for keeping your login secure, for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Your subscription automatically renews. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the stated price on a recurring basis — every month (monthly plan) or every year (annual plan) — and it continues to renew automatically until you cancel. We show the price, billing interval, and renewal terms before you pay, adjacent to the subscribe button, both in the app and at Stripe checkout. You can cancel at any time (see "Cancellation" below).
Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the trial's end at the price you selected.
Renewal reminders. For annual subscriptions we send a reminder before each renewal (approximately 15–45 days in advance) stating the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel. For a free trial that's about to convert to paid, we tell you the charge date and amount before the first charge.
Confirmation. After you subscribe, we send a confirmation email restating what you bought, the price, the renewal cadence, how to cancel, and the money-back window.
You can cancel anytime from your account, through the Stripe customer portal — no phone call and no hoops. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Founding members are among the first 100 subscribers at the founding price. As long as your subscription remains continuously active, your founding price stays the same — we will not raise your rate to the standing price while you stay subscribed without a lapse. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, re-subscribing is at the then-current rate. The founding tier is limited to the first 100 members and closes automatically once that cap is reached, tracked server-side — once it's full, new subscribers are shown the standing price instead.
We back the $7 21-Day Anchor with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee: email support@anchoredfaith.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money in full; you may keep the plan. For a subscription (monthly or annual), you're never charged during your free trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. If you are charged and want a refund, contact support@anchoredfaith.app within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full; after that window, cancellation stops future renewals but past charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We honor every refund we promise.
Please don't misuse Anchored, attempt to break its security, resell it, or use it to harm others.
Content you enter (such as journal and prayer entries) is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, display it back to you, and operate the service. We do not sell it or use it to target advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it, including deletion.
Scripture quoted in Anchored is from the World English Bible (public domain). Names of other Bible translations are trademarks of their respective publishers and are referenced only to identify what you like to read. Anchored's name, content, and software are protected and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Anchored is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Spiritual growth depends on your own effort and consistency, and we do not promise any specific spiritual or personal outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchored (and LeadLock LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting your subscription, we will notify you.
